I agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below relating to RTS Service and Repairs.

Terms and Conditions

For Normal Time & Materials Repairs:

RTS will prepare a formal itemised quotation.
Quotations are valid for 30 days.
For unaccepted quotes, equipment will be returned un-repaired and a quote fee of AUD$75.00 + freight will apply.
Invoices are to be paid within agreed trading terms.

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove anything which is detachable from the defective items. RTS will not be held responsible if accessories are not returned.

One job request form per product part number and/or serial number listed on the form unless multiple units are having the same fault.
Please notify us immediately of any JOB cancellation once number issued.
Prices quoted exclude GST.
